This policy explains what information DeepSentient AI ("DeepSentient," "we," "us") collects through deepsentient.io, how it is used, and how it is protected. It applies to information submitted through our contact and assessment request forms. It does not apply to infrastructure metadata collected as part of a scoped engagement, which is governed separately by the engagement agreement and any applicable NDA.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name, work email address, company name, company website, the type of help you're looking for, and a description of your challenge. The Engineering Audit request form may also collect general, non-identifying context such as approximate team size or AWS spend range. We do not ask for phone numbers, personal financial information, or government identifiers through these forms.
Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and site-reliability purposes, consistent with typical web server logging.
Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry — to evaluate fit, determine scope, and follow up about next steps. We do not sell submitted information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Form submissions are sent to our internal email for review and response. We retain this correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship or inquiry, or as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or archived in accordance with our internal practices.
We do not sell or rent submitted information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website or communicate with prospective clients (for example, our email and hosting providers), solely to the extent necessary to provide those services, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
This site does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.
We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect information submitted through this site, including input validation and safeguards against common web form abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim any specific security certification or compliance framework unless explicitly stated elsewhere in writing.
Questions about this policy, or requests to review, correct, or delete information you've submitted, can be sent to info@deepsentient.io.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
